This makes better quality parts and reduces manufacturing time.

Insert molding products. These are board to board connectors with a pitch of 0.4mm.

Automobile Wiring Connector Fixture
These are important connectors used for control of the engine and brakes. For the dimensional control of products, total inspection is conducted during press processing to guarantee the high quality of products that involve human safety. These products are manufactured with compound processing, which combines two different materials within one die.

SOME OF OUR EXPERIMENTAL PRODUCTS

Letter “Love”- Japanese Kanji
A tiny 0.05mm dia. hole was made in 0.12mm thick brass in this experiment using a “love” (Japanese Kanji) die. Precise numeric value of the ratio 2.4 (thickness/hole) was achieved. Size of this Japanese kanji letter love is 4mm x 4mm.

Tiny Pinwheel Stamping and Assembling
One stroke to cut out a complicated pinwheel shape. Material is SUS-304, thickness 0.1mm.

10mm x 10mm square Hole Dia 0.1mm

Blades are simultaneously bent in 4 directions, then blades are turned around to the center of caulking position for caulk in the die. Size of this pinwheel is 7mm x 7mm.
